My Journey to Healing

I grew up in a home where love was conditional and presence was scarce. My father was a narcissist, my mother emotionally absent. I spent decades seeking validation, carrying shame that wasn't mine, and struggling with deep unworthiness.

Everything changed when I entered therapy. I discovered that my trauma wasn't my fault, and healing was possible. I pursued psychology, specialized in trauma-informed therapy, and integrated Islamic wisdom into my practice.
